Returns & Refunds

Every Wicked Muse Threads item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for changes of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it and make it right.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Sizing

Please review the size chart provided on the product page before ordering. Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when an incorrect size is ordered.
